About Kaelyn
Coucou!
My name is Kaelyn Dodd and I am an experienced nanny with over a decade of experience working with infants, toddlers, school aged children, and even tweens!
I'm passionate about being a positive role model, sharing knowledge and education with children, and making sure they are well taken care of and happy!
I will always honor whichever caregiving style the parent(s) prefer, however, I tend to follow a Montessori-style model and emphasize social-emotional development on top of the ABCs and 123s!
I strive to develop age-appropriate activities, outings, and instructional play for children often emphasizing speech/language development, sensory play, outdoor exploration, developing independence, and interpersonal and emotional development.
I always treat children of all ages with care and respect and I take pride in my work!
